# Non-EVM SIP - Bitcoin & Solana

Non-EVM crypto SIPs are decentralized investment plans outside Ethereum's network, enabling diverse investment choices beyond Ethereum-based assets.

Here are a few examples of non-EVM cryptocurrencies that could be considered for a crypto SIP:

1. **Bitcoin (BTC):** Bitcoin is the first and most well-known cryptocurrency. It operates on the Bitcoin blockchain and uses a proof-of-work consensus mechanism. It's often considered a store of value and a digital equivalent to gold.
2. **Solana (SOL):** Solana is a high-performance blockchain designed for decentralized applications and crypto-currencies. It uses a unique proof-of-history and proof-of-stake consensus model.
3. **Avalanche (AVAX):** Avalanche focuses on providing a highly scalable platform for creating custom blockchain networks and interoperable decentralized applications.

## How to create crypto SIP on a Non-EVM chain?

You will be redirected to the CrSIP Platform once you click on the **“Launch App”** button.

1. &#x20;Select the network on which you would like to create SIP.

2. Make sure you have connected your wallet.

3. Click on "**Create SIP**" and select **Non-EVM Chain**.
